1. About Internity

Internity is a talent-bridging platform connecting students (UG & PG) with internship opportunities at companies. We also serve corporate organisations looking to build a fresher talent pipeline, and universities aiming to provide better career opportunities for their students. The platform is operated by Zen PeopleCraft, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Internity is a fully owned trade name of SRV Ventures, a company engaged in multiple businesses in areas like higher education, placement services, internship placements, profile enhancements and other HR and Corporate services. Our clientele includes, students, job seekers, universities and corporates.

2. Eligibility

• Any student seeking internship opportunities is welcome to register on Internity, regardless of age or academic level.
• Students must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognised academic programme.
• Universities and educational institutions looking to provide internship and career opportunities for their students are welcome to connect with Internity.
• Corporate organisations seeking to hire interns or build a fresher talent pipeline are welcome to partner with Internity.
• Corporate and university representatives must have the authority to enter agreements on behalf of their organisation.
• This platform is intended solely for the purpose of finding internships (for students) and providing internships (for corporates and universities). Any use of the platform for unrelated, unauthorised, or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. For Students – How It Works

When you register as a student:

• You submit your basic profile details and CV for matching with internship openings.
• Internity will use reasonable efforts to match you with relevant companies from our partner network.
• There is no upfront fee to use the basic placement service. A fee is charged only after you are successfully placed in an internship.
• You may also opt for our Profile Upgrade Package (CV building, LinkedIn and Naukri profile enhancement), which is a separate paid service with fees payable at the time of availing the service.
• You agree to notify Internity promptly if you accept or decline a placement offered through our platform.

4. For Corporates

When you partner with Internity as a corporate:

• You gain access to a curated pool of intern candidates matched to your requirements at zero cost for basic intern sourcing.
• Pricing for customised or premium talent pipeline services is agreed upon separately in a formal agreement.
• You agree to use candidate profiles only for legitimate hiring and evaluation purposes.
• You must not share candidate data with third parties without Internity's written consent.
• Any offer of internship made to a student becomes an agreement between your organisation and the student; Internity is not a party to that employment relationship.

5. For Universities

• University partnerships are formalised through a separate agreement with customised terms and pricing.
• Internity will work with partner universities to provide internship placements and career opportunities for their students.
• Universities must not misrepresent their partnership status with Internity in any communications.

6. Fees & Payments

• Students (Placement Fee): Charged only upon successful internship placement. The exact fee amount will be communicated clearly at registration and before any charge is applied.
• Students (Profile Upgrade): Fees for CV building and profile services are payable upfront and are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• Corporates & Universities: Custom pricing as per the signed agreement.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Internity does not store your card or banking details.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We charge our professional fees only upon successful delivery of the work. As per our refund policy, no refunds are provided for professional fees once the work has been delivered. Any advance payment collected may be refunded, subject to a deduction of ₹500 as an administrative charge, provided the refund request is raised within 7 days of the payment. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7 days. No refund requests will be entertained for queries or claims raised beyond the 7-day period.

7. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information on the platform
• Not impersonate another person or organisation
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to access another user's account without authorisation
• Not upload malicious files, spam, or misleading content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Internity platform — including the logo, branding, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Zen PeopleCraft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission.

By uploading your CV or profile content, you grant Internity a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Internity and Zen PeopleCraft shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Failure to secure an internship placement
• Actions or decisions made by corporate partners regarding hiring
• Any third-party service disruptions (payment gateways, job portals, etc.)

Our total liability to you, in any case, shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Internity in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at connect@internity.co.in.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
